Our story
ATS was founded by senior practitioners from the banking and capital-markets technology world who were tired of watching clients get sold the wrong solution by the wrong team.
We deliberately stay boutique. Our clients work directly with the people who do the work - so decisions are fast, accountability is clear, and quality stays high.
We focus across two operational streams - Technology Services and Staffing Solutions - so our clients get specialist depth from a partner who understands both sides of the business.
